Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. 

We will ship any where in the world  up to 10 pounds with USPS Express or Priority Mail

IN STOCK PRODUCTS:

In stock items, will ship 1 to 5 business days of receipt of your order, with exception of Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Regardless of delivery method selected during checkout.  This includes the following shipping methods: UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Express, Ground and USPS Priority and Express Mail.

OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF SHIPPING IS USPS PRIORITY MAIL FOR WEIGHTS UP TO 10 POUNDS.

NON-STOCKED & SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

Ships will ship 24 to 72 hours of receipt of your merchandise from the manufacture at our warehouse. You will be notified of any backorder with the approximate estimated shipping date if there is a delay with your request.

PACKAGING:

All items are boxed and shipped by a carrier that insures your products and provides a traceable method. We do not use any carrier which does not provide guarantees, so that we can guarantee your delivery on time. Shipping to APO, FPO or PO Boxes is available.

All orders over $100 may require a signature release from UPS or USPS upon delivery of a package.  Any re-routing may be subject to a charge from UPS or USPS. or North Shore Faucets, Inc.

SHIPPING INFORMATION ENTRY:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process.  If UPS and USPS cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to North Shore Faucets, Inc. and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer.  If after the package returns to North Shore Faucets, Inc. , a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We realize that in some cases our customers may find the need to return or exchange a product from their order.  In order for us to properly process any returns or exchanges, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued before returning the product.

A MINIMUM 25% RE-STOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON ALL QUALIFYING RETURNED/CANCELED ITEMS. This fee also applies to all non-Shipped orders or same day cancellations.   Restock fees will be determined by which brand faucet you have purchased and on the terms of the manufacturers restock policies.  All delivered/completed orders must be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

ALL PARTS ARE FINAL SALE. (PLEASE SEE LIST BELOW)

ALL FAUCET RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS:  Must be packaged with the original receipt and contents in manufacturer's original packaging.

ALL QUALIFYING RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA):  Which can be obtained by contacting our customer service department. All returned products without an RGA number will be refused delivery.

ALL EXCHANGES:  Are subject to a store credit unless exchanged with a product of equal or greater value.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:  May be exchanged within 14 Days of delivery (10 business days).  Absolutely no refunds on defective products. Exchange Only.  There will be no refunds or credits issued on installed or used products.

ALL PARTS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE. THIS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Tools, Stems, Cartridges, Spray Heads / Side Sprays, Aerators, Toilet Seats, Handles, Buttons, Inserts, Spouts, Hoses, Strainers, Drains, Waste/Overflows, Soap/Lotion Dispensers, Washers / Gaskets, Trim Kits / Escutcheons, Rough-In Valves, Accessories such as Towel Bars, Hooks, Rings, Toilet Plungers, Supply Lines, Supply Arms, Hoses, Toilet Flappers, Trip Levers, Flush Valves, Ballcocks (Fill Valves), Adapters, Fittings and Repair Kits, Shower Curtains, Shower Liners.

ORDERS FOR URINALS, TOILETS, SINKS, AND TUBScannot be canceled, and are non-returnable.
North Shore Faucets, Inc.   is not responsible for return shipping costs or international duty taxes. This includes faucets and parts that must be shipped to and from customer due to warranty issues.
North Shore Faucets, Inc.   does not offer "Free Shipping" options for international orders, regardless of product or website specials, promotions and advertisements.  Free Shipping Promotion applies to orders shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
